Every event has the same three problems.
Getting in
Roads close, drop-off zones move and venues limit vehicle access. Ask where a chauffeur can actually stop, and agree it before the day.
Getting out
The exit is slower than the arrival. Plan where to meet, and how long to wait out the first rush, rather than joining it.
Everything in between
If you are moving between a hotel, dinner and a venue, an hourly booking keeps one car with you instead of rebooking at every stop.
